Jaael?
My passion for people development and increased value in strategies began internally. I was seeking God in prayer for career advancement, and he gave me a strategy that altered the course of my life!
Since I have experienced such a change in my professional growth and development, I am fulfilled greatly by assisting and witnessing first-hand the forward progression of individuals, companies, and the workforce.
The story of Jael is proof that in an instance a seized opportunity can make one's pursuit of purpose worth the start and everything in between.

Why Jael?
Jael is deemed a heroin because she saw an opportunity to help her people and she used her resources and femineity to conquer a King. She was at the right place, at the right time. She did not have to alter who she was to accomplish this great task.
Like Jael, I too have used my resources and authentic self to achieve mighty feats. It's only right that I teach others what God has allowed me to learn taught me in the ministry and the marketplace.
My passion is to develop individuals who seize opportunities at the right place, at the right time to achieve the goals attached to their purpose in life.

Jalissa offers many years of professional and spiritual developmental experience. She combines her military training, with her education, skills and experience to be a dependable professional. Although she has been living by faith for her entire life, she was licensed as a Minister on March 6, 2010. She has a natural ability to merge ministry and the marketplace while being considerate and honorable. She is confident when interacting with various levels of staff, leaders and evolving individuals in multi-faceted atmospheres. She is an idiosyncratic and poised individual that brings enthusiasm to any setting.
